About the Artist

.
Scott W. Bell is a technical illustrator, artist, and writer.

Childhood exposure to the Gemini and Apollo programs, classic sci-fi TV and movies, and the local library ensured a life-long fascination with spaceships and creatures from other worlds. He studied history at the University of Texas, followed by a 25-year career in Information Technology. He has also worked as a draftsman and spent a couple of years loitering around science fiction conventions across the United States.

When he's not drawing, he is reading, writing, or telling his three grown children inappropriate jokes at the most embarrassing moments.

Scott is a U.S. Air Force veteran and lives in the woods near a lovely lake in northeast Texas.
